I first met Rosalynn and Jimmy Carter at the 2008 Mexico, Carter Project build. We were in Veracruz Mexico Jimmy and Rosalynn worked about one block away on another house. I found both of them to be very gracious and loving people. I was very impressed that Jimmy gave his opening remarks in Spanish.
