Thank you, Jimmy Carter, you left a legacy of showing others how to promote human rights and to help eliminate suffering. You made faith your compass and family your heart. Gentle soul, you will be missed.

My prayers for Rosalynn & Jimmy Carter. I worked beside them while I was on Habitat builds & had the first hand experience of both these dedicated people working beside me in Georgia. I am a retired California professor, bought a small RV & decided to help with builds from Alaska to Florida. I'll never forget them inspiring each of us to help those in need in a positive way.

I hope President Carter isn't the last of his kind. He led and lived how he believed by serving his community, nation, and ultimately the world through organizations like Habitat for Humanity, the Carter Center, and Maranatha Baptist Church. We love you and will be praying for your family, President Carter. Thank you for being such a great inspiration.

Our thoughts and prayers for family and friends of our President Jimmy Carter. We so admired Habitat for Humanity and were pleased to service in Oakland County, Michigan, for many years helping new homeowners through the program and helping with marketing and home inspections! What an honor to serve this wonderful organization on my spare time. You lead a lovely legacy for so many, and we will always cherish these lovely memories. Thank you for your service great and faithful servant.

Supporting the Carter Center since ~2015, what attracted me to their mission is that it is non-partisan and focused on human rights. Jimmy Carter was the first president I ever voted for. Or, to be more precise, when I was a child, my elementary school held a mock election. I voted for Jimmy. Given all that has transpired between then and now, I could not feel better about that vote. Jimmy Carter brought honor to our country, as he brought love and compassion to the world. May his memory bless and guide us.

The first time I voted, it was for Jimmy Carter. I met him on a plane from Charleston to Atlanta long ago and after he was out of the White House. He went through the entire plane and greeted each passenger. I was in the last row and as he waited to go back to the front of the plane I was able to chat with him. A man of integrity and goodness. Well done, good and faithful servant.
