Our photo exhibition It All Starts at Home: Women and their Fight for Shelter has been shortlisted for the Digital Communication Awards in Europe in the category Campaign of the Year – NGOs. On September 20, our partner SeeSame will pitch the project in front of the expert Jury in Berlin. The results will be announced on the same day during the Award Show 2019. 

Habitat for Humanity organized the photo exhibition It All Starts at Home: Women and their Fight for Shelter in cooperation with SeeSame and IKEA to inspire women all around the world to follow their dream of a decent home. We are deeply grateful to the six courageous women who shared their stories so that more women find the strength to overcome all barriers and win their fights for homes. 

The exhibition is part of the project Build Solid Ground funded by the European Union.
