The purpose of this Language Assistance Plan is to make reasonable efforts to eliminate or reduce limited English proficiency as a barrier to accessing Habitat Capital’s products and services.
Language Assistance Policy
Habitat Capital is dedicated to providing language assistance to ensure that individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) have equal access to financial services. This commitment aligns with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which emphasizes nondiscrimination in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
Habitat Capital and Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) employees are committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure LEP individuals have meaningful access to all products, services and programs they offer.
