Minnesota Reformer: In a city where affordable housing hasn’t seen new development in over two decades, the Summer Meadows neighborhood in Alexandrea, Minnesota, is a powerful example of what’s possible when federal, local and nonprofit efforts align to tackle the housing crisis.
