First Lady Carter was such an inspiration in her expression of the love of Christ. She lived a life worth living for. She was truly a LADY in her own ranks on this journey we call life.

We met Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter on a Disney Cruise in 2002. They were there with the entire Carter clan to celebrate New Years. Jimmy gave a talk on 9/11. On New Years Eve, our daughter was in the kids club, so I picked up a balloon to bring to her. At the elevators, the Carters were right in front of us and someone knocked the balloon out of my hand. President Carter picked up the balloon and handed it to a little girl near me. I didn't have the heart to tell him that she wasn't my little girl...

A truly great woman showing the meaning of Christian love in both her public and private life. So deserving of great respect for all that she gave to her family, especially her husband, and to our country. May her memory stand as an example to many of what it means to make the world a better place. God bless you and Jimmy through eternity.
