Tolli Love

Chief Development Officer

Tolli Love leads Habitat for Humanity International’s 120-person resource development team and is responsible for its strategic direction, including direct marketing, individual and corporate giving areas. She is a seasoned global resource development and marketing executive with extensive experience driving revenue growth, deepening and forging innovative partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. She has more than 30 years of both corporate and nonprofit marketing and sales experience.

As a member of United Way Worldwide’s executive management team, Tolli supported a network of 1,200 United Ways in 41 countries and territories, which raised $5.6 billion annually. She led a team of more than 40 professionals focused on shaping and driving strategic growth plans, strengthening fundraising capabilities, deepening donor relationships, fostering teamwork and creativity, and ensuring operational excellence.

Tolli also previously served as vice president, fundraising and marketing, for CARE USA, where she developed and executed a three-year strategy to return the organization to financial health, reverse revenue declines and substantially grow total revenue. Tolli also has made significant career stops at Hanesbrands Inc. and Operation Smile International.

Tolli is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
