Hilary Harp

Senior Vice President, Legal General Counsel

Hilary Harp is responsible for the direction, oversight and supervision of the global legal strategy and support for Habitat for Humanity International, in addition to its enterprise risk management and compliance programs. Hilary joined Habitat in 2007 and previously served in the role of deputy general counsel. Before joining HFHI, Hilary was a partner with Powell Goldstein LLP, now Bryan Cave LLP, in Atlanta for several years, specializing in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. She also practiced with Perkins Coie in Washington, D.C.

A native of Atlanta, Hilary attended the University of Virginia and earned her undergraduate and law degrees with honors from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and has a daughter in college.
