As Chief Financial and Administration Officer, Molyneaux will plan and direct HFHI’s overall financial plans, policies and accounting practices to simultaneously support HFHI’s ministry, global expansion, and the diverse and changing needs of its affiliates and national partners. He will serve on the senior management group and provide executive oversight to departments across the organization including Facilities; Finance; Habitat Capital; Information Technology; Internal Audit; Global Safety, Security and Safeguarding; and Legal.

“Craig’s track record of implementing strategic initiatives with a focus on data transparency makes him a clear choice for this role,” said Jonathan Reckford, CEO of Habitat for Humanity International. “His extensive experience will play a key part in developing and implementing financial strategies and programs that optimize the success of our global ministry.”

Most recently, Molyneaux served as chief operating officer of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS foundation, which supports the effective delivery of healthcare to children and their families suffering from communicable diseases throughout sub-Saharan African and other parts of the world. EGPAF is a diversified international NGO that works at the direction of major government and private donors including CDC, USAID, Gates Foundation, Global Fund and UN Agencies.

“I am thrilled to join Habitat for Humanity and look forward to advancing our mission,” Molyneaux said. “It’s an honor to be part of an organization that is making a profound impact on a global scale.”

Prior to his time at EGPAF, Craig served 25 years in progressive leadership roles at Siemens Corporation and in CFO roles at Management Sciences for Health, and America Mideast Educational and Training Services. Molyneaux succeeds Ed Anderson, who retired from the role of CFAO in November.

About Habitat for Humanity

Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity found its earliest inspirations as a grassroots movement on an interracial community farm in south Georgia. Since its founding in 1976, the Christian housing organization has since grown to become a leading global nonprofit working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and more than 70 countries. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage.
