Welcome to the 2017 Fall Delta Global Build with Habitat for Humanity. You were selected to be part of a team that will help change lives — maybe including your own — in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Despite the progress that has been made in providing housing in recent years, more than 53.3 million people in Mexico do not have the financial means to buy or build adequate housing. It is the mission of Habitat for Humanity Mexico to contribute to the recognition of housing as a fundamental human right by promoting housing solutions that allow low-income families access to adequate housing to help them improve their quality of life. As a volunteer participant on the 2017 Fall Delta Global Build, your gift of time and teamwork will result in decent, affordable homes built in partnership with six Habitat for Humanity homeowners in the Chulavista community. Your efforts will also serve as a catalyst for the community’s goal of working toward sustainable community development.
