Global Village brings people of diverse backgrounds together to build resilience and be a catalyst for change in communities around the world.
Global Village work is as diverse as the communities it serves. Based on the country’s project goals, volunteers may take part in building, repairing, improving or updating homes. Volunteers may also work on other critical housing projects such as creating access to clean and safe water sources through the construction of communal water tanks.
By partnering with local communities, volunteers devise solutions that not only address immediate community needs but are also aligned with Habitat for Humanity’s broader mission to reduce the global housing need.
