HFH Japan’s party held at Oakwood Serviced Apartment Group in Tokyo.
For every confirmed booking of its serviced apartments in China, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines and Thailand, Oakwood will donate US5 to the respective Habitat for Humanity program in these countries.
In Japan’s capital Tokyo, Habitat for Humanity Japan held two events at Oakwood Premier Tokyo Midtown serviced apartment. A party for 60 people raised about 166,000 yen (about US2,000). The money will go toward a Habitat build in Thailand next spring.
Earlier in August, HFH Japan also held a violin and piano recital at the same serviced apartment in Tokyo. Oakwood donated 35,000 yen to HFH Japan from the recital.
