Habitat for Humanity International’s work is overseen by a board of directors and a senior management group who deeply believe that all people deserve a decent place to call home.
Habitat’s board is responsible for establishing policy and guiding Habitat’s work to construct, rehabilitate, repair and improve housing in approximately 70 countries.
Habitat for Humanity International is managed by an administrative staff, led by CEO Jonathan Reckford, dedicated to the cause of decent and affordable housing.

Jonathan Reckford is the chief executive officer of Habitat for Humanity International, a global Christian housing organization that has helped more than 59 million people access safe housing.

Drawing on 25 years of leadership in NGOs and the private sector, Patrick Canagasingham oversees the operations of Habitat for Humanity’s work in more than 70 countries.

Ed Anderson, a global leader with experience in information technology, business operations, digital transformation and information security, provides supervisory support to Habitat’s finance, information technology and legal divisions.

Amy Dunham leads a global team in stewarding Habitat’s brand and coordinating our story among local Habitat organizations in all U.S. states and more than 70 countries.

Tolli Love leads Habitat for Humanity International’s 120-person resource development team and is responsible for its strategic direction, including direct marketing, individual and corporate giving areas.

Valerie Norton leads Habitat for Humanity International’s global people function to implement our strategic initiatives and achieve the goals in our strategic plan.

Adrienne E. Goolsby provides strategic leadership and managerial oversight to Habitat’s U.S./Canada staff in serving their affiliate networks, and engages and collaborates with the broader affiliate community, including the U.S. Council and Habitat’s board of directors.

Hilary Harp is responsible for the direction, oversight and supervision of the global legal strategy and support for Habitat for Humanity International, as well as its enterprise risk management and compliance programs.

Jacqueline Innocent leads Habitat’s integrated programs group, including Program Effectiveness, Government Relations and Advocacy, Volunteer and Institutional Engagement, and the Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter.
