Your team’s week volunteering with Habitat can change lives — for homeowners, volunteers and team leaders! Local Habitat affiliates host Collegiate Challenge volunteer groups across the country. Search our current opportunities to start your team’s journey.

How the application process works

Once you’ve found an open volunteer opportunity for your team, here’s what’s next:

1. Apply for your team to join the opportunity. The team leader will be the primary contact.
2. The Collegiate Challenge team will send your team’s application, including the leader’s contact info, to the local Habitat affiliate.
3. If your application is approved, the local Habitat affiliate will reach out to the team leader to confirm your team’s participation within two business days.

Note: Your team’s place is not reserved until you receive confirmation from the local Habitat affiliate.

Each local Habitat for Humanity affiliate is an independently owned and operated non-profit corporation. Habitat for Humanity International, Inc. does not own, operate, or directly control the activities of Habitat for Humanity affiliated organizations.
